Professor Oak is a big name in the POKéMON scientific community and has drawn a lot of people to his call to adventure.
So many people have showed up and many of the Professor's rare POKéMON have already been handed out.
I pick Nidoran! I catch more local POKéMON, but she is a core part of my team from the very start.
From PALLETTE TOWN I find my way north, past VERIDIAN CITY into the FOREST. I test my POKéMON against other trainers and catch more!
