Tools, programs and other resources!

Here is a list of different programs across a few mediums that I use or used to use. Scroll down for Android phone tools and Firefox extensions which are also mostly compatible with Waterfox!

Windows PC

4k Video Downloader - Downloader for YT & others. Has free options, but I honestly recommend looking for 'modified' versions. It's been an amazing tool for downloading massive playlists of Youtube.

360CE - Controller mapper. Some games might have trouble with your controller, this program spoofs/fakes a Xbox 360 controller. It can allow you to make weird stuff like dance pads or guitar hero controller mappings and use them as a regular controller.

Snappy Driver Installer - A wonderful software updater I found a bit ago. It looks very old-school and can be a little bit of a multi-colored flashbang on first startup, but it just updates everything it can, as opposed to something like IO Bit Driver Booster which arbitrarily will refuse to update some things. It also has no annoying pop-ups for desktop!

Driver Booster - looks for outdated drivers & updates. Limited free options, but it's nice to have in a pinch if you're not a power user. or if you're just a little lazy like me sometimes. I do recommend uninstalling after using because it'll give you those annoying pop-ups on your desktop in the corner.

Foobar2000 - Music player. I've been using it for ages and used to to listen to thousands of hours of my CD's and 'found' music.

Winamp - Music player. A classic one. I used this a lot when it still had Shoutcast and all the people streaming full shows and movies on it. I've watched so much trash anime in less then 140p on this.

HW Monitor - Keep tabs on your PC stats, like heat, fan speed and other useful stuff.

Joy2key - Controller mapper. Joy2Key is a great controller mapper that can be used outside of games. A fun application is to map stuff like mouse movements and click to a controller. Good stuff for the big screen and laying back on the couch!

MPC-HC - Light weight video viewer.

Notepad++ - Notepad, but then plus! plus!

SoulSeek - Music sharing. SoulSeek is a massive P2P media sharing tool. You can find the most obscure and old school demo's and everything else music here!

TumblrThree - download entire Tumblr blogs.

Visipics - Search your folder for duplicate images.

WinHTrack - Download whole sites!

Flashplayer - play macromedia flash!

Veadotube - Cute program to make animated PNG tubers! Just get some pics of your character, make a few variations of blinking, mouth open and closed and you got the basics! Very light and easy-to-read program!

Winaero Tweaker - Program that can help customize your Windows OS's visual style and many more under-the-hood things! Also has quiet a few options to bring back certain functionality from older windows versions!


Android Phone

RUFUS - Make USB boot drives

DevCheck - check the real stats of your phone

NewPipe - watch YT with extra options and no ads

Freetube - Another YT frontend

Firefox Focus - Firefox that refuses all cookies

Foobar2000 - music player

7Zipper - Winzip, but for android!

System App Remover - can delete baked-in programs and heavily restrict other apps.

10 Minute Email
Quick, disposable email adress provider. A lot of popular sites won't accept this one though.

Igglybuff's resource list
A long github page with many resources for many things. While no longer updated and some pages have gone down, there's still plenty of working links to warrant a visit!

The Gutenberg Project
Free books from all over the place! A massive library of books, ebooks and many more!

Learn Web Design Online!
An ancient site I used to use in middle school when we had to make "normal" webpages. Plenty of info on this page still works and can still be applied.

The Death Generator
A wonderful resource for blank and fillable templates of old games. Remember those old sites where you could "make graffiti" on stock pictures of bridges and walls? That vibe, but with more pixels!

Sadgrl
Goblin-Heart (formely and more widely known as Sadgrl) is an iconic part of Neocities with her multitude of resources and tools, check out her manifesto!

BadGraph1csGhost
Tina has an amazing hoard of resources, link and guides! From finding ways to shield yourself from google to installing other Operating Software all together! She also makes music!

Jeff Humble's glitcher
Quickly glitch up your pics with this fun tool.

8mb Compresser
Compress most files to 8mb or less.

OVAgames
This site offers some 'discounted'games. Try to be a little Robin Hood about it.

Gog-Games
It's Gog-games, not GOG Games! Keep it hush hush, but get yourself some stuff on heavy discount. Sometimes goes private after it gets a heavy traffic and they notice some suspicious watchers.

WordArt maker by Textstudio
I use this tool a lot to make the wordart stuff on the website. Cute, small little tool with fun options if you wanna break away from the default look!

FF Guides @ Telefragged
An ancient FFTactics guide that I found ages and ages ago. This websites covers the whole game, all secret and even super intricate guides on how every single system in the game works, even the ones the player cannot directly see in any way! This website has always been very precious to me with how methodically it holds so much information.

Privacy Badger - helps prevent online tracking

Purple Ads Blocker (Twitch) - blocks twitch ads

Save WebP as PNG or JPG - saves images NOT as webp

SCDL SoundCloud Downloader - download Soundcloud files

Tumblr NSFW redirect Bypass - Ignore the warnings

Twitch Live - see who is live right now

Twitter Media Downloader - download files easy off twitter

Twitter Latest - force twitter to use latest timeline

Youtube Nonstop - Stops Youtube from stopping after a certain amount of time while asking if you're still there.

Youtube Search Fixer - removes random reccomendations in searches.

Youtube-Shorts blocker - makes shorts display as normal vids and remove the shorts feed from the Home page.
